Week 3 of being consistant with my workouts

A little update since this is my first blog about my weight-loss journey:
I started this journey on January 2011 and then my Daddy passed away in February which throwed me off but my dad wouldn't want me to give up so I'm Back!
I have lost 10 lbs since May 2011 and I have lost 3 inches in my waist between June 5th and June 24th.

Today, July 27th current weight is: 167 and my goal weight is 130 or a size 7 "whatever comes first" : )

This is my 3rd week of going to the gym everyday during the week.  What I do is instead of going out to lunch I'm heading straight to the gym and then I drink a protein shake when I get back to my desk.  I started attending Zumba classes again and realized how much I was missing out.  Zumba is very fun and like saying goes, "time flies when your having fun"...easy 600 calorie burned in 50-60 minutes.

Breakfast:
Herbalife Shake with added protein
OxyElite Pro pill

Lunch:
Herbalife Shake with added protein mixed with H-E-B Mootopia Fat-free & Lactose free milk

Dinner:
Something healthy - Fish or Chicken with veggies
The OxyElite pill is curving my appetite so I have to force myself to eat.

In 5 weeks I'm going on vacation to Isla Mujeres so I'm trying to lose the most I can for my trip.  Then my biggest goal is to be at my goal weight by Summer of 2012 and plan a trip to the beach with my friend who is also on a weight-loss mission....come on Izzy you can do it!!  I'm counting on you for support and to be with me at some beach resort next summer.  Love you!
